Am I the only one thinking that I’m dealing with an idiot???

I would have preferred a sincere apology and a promise to try to do better in the future, but no, they emailed me something that looks like written by Sheldon Cooper. I did giggle for a second or two while reading it, then I realised that this was actually a serious email and not a joke…

I’m just wondering if the clever people that broke their “very effective security protocol that obviously Optus does use”, had to go through the half an hour, to answer the tons of extra questions, that we, the consumer have to go through when we call to let them know that our account has been overcharged again…

I haven’t been a customer of Optus, since I believe 2015-2016, as they were constantly overcharging my account… It makes you wonder why after these many years, they still retain in their system all our personal…. Oh wait, public… I meant public details…

Thanks, Optus… Another cock up, even now that I got nothing to do with your business…

Meanwhile, our government is busy making an average of $0.80 cents per litre profit on fuels, and made monstrous massive profit with the speed camera Tax/Revenue and the constant price increase of Registrations, while our roads… What roads???
