Peperonata A great capsicum and onions recepi for those cold winter days 2 Large Red Capsicum2 Large Green Capsicum8 Meedium size white Onions3 Tea spoons Garlic50 ml Olive Oil1 bottle Passata di Pomodoro1.5 Cup Rice (optional)1 Salt and Pepper to please Cut the Onions and the capsicums in 1cm sliceAdd the 50ml of olive oil into the pan on a low flameAdd the garlicAdd the sliced Onion and CapsicumsRead the Note Below Ok.
