Due to the Covid-19, our courier (Australia Post) has announced the because of the limited numbers of flights out of Australia, they have suspended the Economy Air Service.
On the 8th of May we were finally notified by Australia Post that there is a severe delay for International deliveries, as parcels have piling up but the number of overseas flight has just begun to resume while remaining extremely low.

Again, like most other business around the world, we have no real control over this matter, and while we have received several emails in the past month from overseas customers regarding their orders, and we do perfectly understand our customer concern, we can only go by the information given to us by Australia Post.
If you are an overseas customer and about to place an order, please consider that your delivery could be delayed for up to a month (according to the Australia Post notice).
As most government are relaxing distancing rules and allow more people back to work, this matter will be resolved and normal time and prices of deliveries resumed.

Your product may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Where by law we are unable to exclude terms, guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions but are able to limit them, to the extent permissible by law we limit our liability for any breach, at our option, to the repair or replacement of products, or payment of the cost of repairing or replacing the products or in the case of services, to supplying the services again or the cost of having the services supplied again.
To the extent permitted by law, any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance or offer, invoice or other documents or information issued by us will be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
While we have taken all the step currently available to us to ensure Our customers can safely use Coupons, Gift Cards & Reward Points on il Mozzo Bazaar, we take no responsibilities what so ever if a customer has lost or has had is code stolen. It is Your responsibility and Your responsibility alone, to ensure a safe keeping of the Codes we are making available to you in the same manner You are guarding your pin number and/or password of your bank Key/Credit Cards. We are also reserve the right to change at any time and without written consent our Reward Point Scheme Rate. That is, the points received during a purchase, NOT the points required for a purchase.
All Returns & Refunds apply only to New products sold by il Mozzo Bazaar. While we do our best to ensure that all Second Hand Items are as "per descriptions" and that they do perform as advertise, we do not offer returns or refunds for our Second Hand products!
All Second Hand product are clearly marked, by the use of our Used Rating System in the Description title and also are marked Used in the conditions under the Specifications tab.
We will not accept for return any product that has been used or installed or where you have attempted to install it, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product.
Please choose your purchase carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange, where new goods are faulty or are different from the product advertised on the Website.
The cost of returning any product to il Mozzo Bazaar is your responsibility.
Refunds: il Mozzo Bazaar will comply with its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded. Subject to any such applicable laws, refunds or replacement products or services will be given at the discretion of company management.
