Due to the Covid-19, our courier (Australia Post) has announced the because of the limited numbers of flights out of Australia, they have suspended the Economy Air Service.
On the 8th of May we were finally notified by Australia Post that there is a severe delay for International deliveries, as parcels have piling up but the number of overseas flight has just begun to resume while remaining extremely low.

Again, like most other business around the world, we have no real control over this matter, and while we have received several emails in the past month from overseas customers regarding their orders, and we do perfectly understand our customer concern, we can only go by the information given to us by Australia Post.
If you are an overseas customer and about to place an order, please consider that your delivery could be delayed for up to a month (according to the Australia Post notice).
As most government are relaxing distancing rules and allow more people back to work, this matter will be resolved and normal time and prices of deliveries resumed.

Please note that all domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. All Australian orders shall include a valid Post Code and correct delivery address and contact details.
You should receive your order in approximately 3-10 business days, unless being sent to a remote island, or remote parts of Australia. To see if you are within the express post network please check the Australia post Website: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.htm
If possible, we'll always try to email you the tracking ID or number of the Parcel.
If an item/product is larger in size (not weight), than the corresponding Prepaid Satchels, it will automatically moved to the next available size.
International Airmail and Sea mail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. il Mozzo Bazaar will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items, but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.
You should receive your order in approximately 5-20 business days if sent by Air but if sent by Sea it can take up to 90 days depending on where in the world it is being sent.
Customs and International Duty
While Australian tax (GST) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.
Combined Delivery. When a customer does multiple purchase within few days, it can happen that his/her order are still under "Processing". It that's the case, we'll try to combine, if possible, the deliveries, and apply the saving to the customer account or, if the customer prefer, we'll refund the difference via Paypal.
Very rarely some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. We will email you with the details of the required freight cost adjustment. Upon receiving confirmation of your payment for the freight cost adjustment, your purchase will be dispatch. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
From time to time the store staff do take holiday. When that happen, you will see the notification in both Cart and the Checkout pages. You can still complete your purchase if you wish, but please remember to check the date in the Holiday notice at the top of the page for when your order will be dispatched
